Our team is excited to be the general contractor building the Rundle Park project. Rundle Park, is a high-end visitor accommodation center, located in the beautiful Bow Valley Trail area in Canmore, Alberta. The 92,000 sf building has a unique wood frame structure design and one level of underground concrete parkade. These 98 residential units and CRU, have a modern interior design and unique exterior, highlighted by exterior lighting and spa amenities in the courtyard.
The Rundle Park is a resort project situated on a land plot that is embraced by fascinating Rocky Mountain range. The enchanting and mysterious vibe of surrounding nature inspires a design concept with lush nature, and an accent of magical gardens, resulting in an adventurous experience in a mysterious, stunning, and wonderful landscape.
The project is divided into zones. Each zone narrates a chapter of a story, through unique conceptual feature of the project. Each zone has a distinctive design that illustrates a concept of each chapter, and also weaves all chapters together into a whole storyline.
The exterior plaza area creates a meeting place for both the resort and the town. The design utilizes native plants, native stones for seating, lighting, and the layout shields the plaza from views of the street traffic. With influence from surrounding forests and mountains, the landscape design plays with a concept of natural, inviting visitors to soak in the wonderful nature, and get adventurous in the landscape.
The interior courtyard which main focus is the sunken hot tub with a fireplace. The hot tub is surrounded by cabanas floating on the water, and a floating wooden deck. The walkway surrounding the pool connects fireplace areas, saunas, an Airstream trailer, and a children’s playground. The green space around the hot tub expands and seamlessly continues to natural landscapes at the back of the project.

Our design concept for the hot spring multi-family residential condo in Canmore, Alberta is inspired by the breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains and focuses on creating a warm, inviting environment that promotes a holistic health and well-being. The ample use of wood throughout the condo provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere that invites residents to relax and unwind. We also selected beautiful stones that add texture and depth to the design, creating a connection to the natural environment outside. Luxury and relaxation is a key aspect of our design concept, and the units feature large windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains, creating a sense of connection to nature.
